1. Introduction
Welcome to Popular Bingo. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the legally binding terms for your access to and use of the Popular Bingo websites, mobile applications and any related services, tools or content (collectively, the “Sites”). References to “we,” “us,” or “Popular Bingo” mean Popular Bingo Ltd and any affiliates, subsidiaries or partners that operate, provide content for, or support the Sites. References to “you” or “user” mean any person who accesses, browses, registers with, or otherwise uses the Sites. By accessing, browsing, creating an account with, or using the Sites in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any policies incorporated by reference. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately stop using the Sites. We may update these Terms from time to time; any material changes will be reflected by an update to the “Updated” date shown above and, where appropriate, notice may be provided via the Sites or by other means. Your continued access to or use of the Sites after an update will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Consideration and Contract Formation
Your use of the Sites, the content available through the Sites and any services made available via the Sites constitutes valid and sufficient consideration for the grants, rights and obligations contained in these Terms. By using the Sites you acknowledge that the exchange of access to content, community participation, potential exposure to offers, and the other benefits of the Sites form a legally sufficient basis for the license, waiver and other covenants described herein. Where you register for any paid or restricted services, additional terms or a separate service agreement may apply and will be presented at the point of purchase; those additional terms form part of the agreement between you and Popular Bingo.
3. Eligibility, Age and Geographic Restrictions
The Sites and related services are intended for use by persons who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the minimum legal age to participate in gambling-related content in your jurisdiction, if higher). By using the Sites you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under the required age you may not access or use the Sites and must immediately stop doing so. Certain features or content may be unavailable in specific countries due to local laws, licensing restrictions or commercial arrangements. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Sites complies with all applicable laws, regulations and rules in your jurisdiction; Popular Bingo makes no representation that the Sites or their content are appropriate or available for use in any particular location.
4. Intellectual Property and Restrictions on Use
All writing, images, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, service marks, audio, video and other content and materials made available on the Sites (together, the “Content”) are owned or licensed by Popular Bingo or its partners and licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Sites and to view, download and print extracts of Content for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided that you retain all copyright, trademark and other proprietary notices and do not alter the Content. Any other use of the Content, including reproduction, republication, distribution, sale, transmission, public display, creation of derivative works, or incorporation into other works, is prohibited unless you obtain the prior written consent of Popular Bingo or the relevant rights holder. You agree not to remove, obscure or alter any proprietary notices contained in the Content and not to use the Sites in a way that suggests an association with, endorsement by or sponsorship of Popular Bingo or any third party where none exists.
5. User Submissions and License Grant
Certain areas of the Sites permit users to post reviews, comments, ratings, photos, videos, messages and other materials (“User Submissions”). You retain ownership of intellectual property rights in your User Submissions, subject to the license below, and you warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to post the content. By posting User Submissions, you grant Popular Bingo and its affiliates a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display and otherwise exploit such User Submissions in any media now known or later developed for any purpose, including editorial, promotional, commercial or advertising purposes, without any payment or further consent from you. You agree that we may display, adapt and excerpt your User Submissions in connection with the Sites and across third-party platforms, and that we may attribute User Submissions to you by username or other identifier. You acknowledge that User Submissions are not confidential and that Popular Bingo is under no obligation to treat them as such.
6. Representations and Warranties Regarding User Submissions
By submitting any content to the Sites you represent and warrant that: (a) you own or control all rights in and to the User Submission and any elements contained within it (including any third-party materials), or you have obtained all necessary licenses, consents and permissions; (b) the User Submission is accurate and not misleading; (c) the User Submission does not violate any applicable law, regulation or third-party right, including privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark or contractual rights; (d) the User Submission does not contain unlawful, harassing, defamatory, libellous, obscene, pornographic, threatening, abusive, hateful or otherwise objectionable material; and (e) you will not post content that could expose Popular Bingo or its users to liability. You agree to indemnify and hold Popular Bingo harmless from any claims arising from your User Submissions or from your breach of these representations.
7. Account Registration, Security and Verification
Certain features available on the Sites require registration and the creation of an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords and other account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected compromise of your account by contacting the support channels provided on the Sites. Popular Bingo may, at its discretion, require additional verification steps including identity checks, proof of age and other documentation to access certain services or to comply with legal obligations. Failure to complete verification on request may result in suspension or termination of your account.
8. Public Forums, Community Conduct and Moderation
The Sites may include areas for public interaction such as discussion boards, comment sections, reviews, chat rooms and other community features (“Public Forums”). Content posted in Public Forums is user-generated and does not represent the views, advice or endorsement of Popular Bingo. You acknowledge that Public Forums are public spaces and that any information you post may be viewed by other users and the general public. You are solely responsible for the content you post and for any consequences of posting it. You agree to comply with community standards and not to post content that is unlawful, invasive of privacy, infringing, defamatory, obscene, abusive, discriminatory, hateful, violent, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable. Popular Bingo reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to screen, edit, remove, restrict, or refuse to post any User Submission or Public Forum content for any reason, without notice and without liability. Popular Bingo may also impose posting delays, implement filtering or moderation, suspend access to Public Forums, and establish additional rules for participation.
9. House Rules and Prohibited Activities
In using the Sites you must not engage in conduct that: attempts to manipulate ratings, reviews, or other community features; posts spam, advertising or promotional material; impersonates another person or entity; harvests or collects personal data from other users without consent; uploads files that contain viruses, malware or other harmful code; interferes with or disrupts the operation of the Sites; attempts to circumvent technical, security, licensing or age verification measures; uses automated scripts or bots to access the Sites; or otherwise abuses features of the Sites. Popular Bingo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and to take any technical or legal measures it deems appropriate in response to violations.
10. Content Removal, Preservation and Cooperation with Authorities
Popular Bingo may remove, disable access to, or refuse to publish any content that it believes, in its sole discretion, violates these Terms, infringes third-party rights, or is otherwise objectionable. Popular Bingo may also preserve and disclose content and account information to law enforcement, regulators, courts or other third parties when required by law, to protect the safety of users or the public, to enforce these Terms, or to detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues. You consent to such disclosures and waive any claims against Popular Bingo arising from such disclosures to the extent permitted by law.
11. Links, Third-Party Content and Advertisements
The Sites may contain links to websites, products, services or content provided by third parties. Such links are provided for your convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by Popular Bingo. We have no control over third-party content and accept no responsibility for the availability, accuracy, legality, or decency of third-party sites or services. Advertisers, sponsors and partners who place links or advertisements on the Sites may have separate terms and privacy policies; you should review those terms before interacting with any third-party site. Popular Bingo is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your dealings with third parties and makes no representations regarding the goods or services available from third-party providers.
12. Affiliate Partnerships and Commercial Relationships
Popular Bingo may participate in affiliate or commercial agreements with online operators, advertisers and partner platforms. These arrangements may result in Popular Bingo receiving commissions, fees or other benefits when users click through to or sign up with third-party services via links on the Sites. Such commercial relationships do not affect our editorial independence and reviews are conducted according to our published methodology; however, you acknowledge that Popular Bingo may receive financial compensation in connection with certain links or offers. 13. Responsible Gaming and Safer Play
Popular Bingo is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. We provide information about safer gambling tools, self-assessment, deposit limits, time-outs, and self-exclusion where applicable, and may refer users to external support organisations. Popular Bingo does not provide clinical or medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you or someone you know is experiencing gambling-related harm, you should seek help from qualified organisations and professionals. Popular Bingo reserves the right to restrict, suspend or remove any content, offers or features that, in its judgment, raise concerns about safety or compliance with responsible gaming practices.
14. Disclaimers, No Warranties and Availability of Services
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITES, CONTENT, SERVICES, TOOLS AND ANY USER SUBMISSIONS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. POPULAR BINGO DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. POPULAR BINGO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ACCESS TO THE SITES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE, NOR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. POPULAR BINGO DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS OR USEFULNESS OF ANY CONTENT, INCLUDING USER-GENERATED CONTENT, REVIEWS, RATINGS OR THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS. ANY RELIANCE YOU PLACE ON INFORMATION FOUND ON THE SITES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL POPULAR BINGO, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS, THE SITES, THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITES, OR ANY CONTENT, EVEN IF POPULAR BINGO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. POPULAR BINGO’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY IN RESPECT OF ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF £100 (ONE HUNDRED POUNDS STERLING) OR THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, PAID BY YOU TO ACCESS THE RELEVANT SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY; WHERE SUCH LIMITATIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED, LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM AMOUNT REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Popular Bingo and its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, affiliates and licensors from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, demands, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your use of the Sites; (c) your User Submissions or conduct on the Sites; (d) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or (e) any inaccurate or misleading information you provide. Popular Bingo reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume exclusive control of the defence of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate in such defence.
17. Payments, Offers and Financial Information
Where Popular Bingo facilitates access to third-party offers, bonuses or promotions, any payments, credits, prizes or other monetary transactions will be provided by the third-party operator and are subject to the terms, conditions and eligibility criteria of that operator. Popular Bingo does not accept responsibility for the administration, fulfilment or validity of third-party offers. If you choose to make purchases, deposits or other financial transactions with third-party sites accessed through the Sites, you agree that Popular Bingo is not responsible for any failures, errors, disputes, or losses arising from those transactions. You should review the terms and privacy policy of any third-party operator before providing payment or personal information.
18. Refunds and Cancellations
Because Popular Bingo generally provides content, directories, and free tools, refunds are not typically applicable. If you purchase any paid service from Popular Bingo or a partner through the Sites, the refund policy applicable to that purchase will be provided at the point of sale. Popular Bingo may, in its discretion and subject to applicable law, offer refunds, credits or exchanges for paid services; any such actions are at Popular Bingo’s sole discretion and do not create an ongoing obligation to offer refunds. If a third-party provider offers a refund in connection with an offer accessed via the Sites, such refund policies are governed by the third party’s terms.
19. Termination and Suspension of Access
Popular Bingo may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to all or part of the Sites, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or otherwise engaged in conduct that threatens the security, integrity or operation of the Sites, violates applicable law, or exposes Popular Bingo to liability. We may also take action where required to comply with legal obligations or to protect other users. You may terminate your account at any time by following the account closure procedures provided in your account settings or by contacting support. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property provisions, license grants, disclaimers, indemnities and limitations of liability, will survive termination.
20. Changes to the Sites and Services
Popular Bingo reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Sites, services, Content, features and available promotions at any time, with or without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts of the Sites without liability. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes to functionality or services where required by law or our policies.
21. Privacy, Cookies and Data Protection
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information and applies to the Sites. By using the Sites you consent to the processing of your personal data as set out in the Privacy Policy. We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Sites, personalise content and ads, provide social media features, and analyse traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings; however, blocking cookies may limit the functionality of the Sites. Where applicable, we will comply with applicable data protection laws in relation to the processing of personal data and will honour your rights regarding access, correction and deletion subject to legal and operational limits.
22. Accessibility and User Support
We aim to make the Sites accessible to as many users as possible and to respond to accessibility issues where practical. If you experience difficulties accessing any portion of the Sites, please contact our support team via the contact information provided on the Sites and we will use reasonable efforts to assist and accommodate. Popular Bingo cannot guarantee accessibility in all contexts or for all third-party content embedded or linked to from the Sites.
23. Promotions, Competitions and Sweepstakes
From time to time we may run promotions, competitions, sweepstakes or special offers on the Sites. Each promotion will be subject to its own rules, eligibility criteria, timelines and prize fulfilment terms, which will be made available at the time of the promotion. By entering any promotion you agree to the specific rules for that promotion and to these Terms. Popular Bingo reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify any promotion or its rules at any time for any reason, including if fraud or technical failures affect the integrity of the promotion.
24. Notices and Electronic Communications
We may provide notices, agreements, disclosures and other communications to you by posting on the Sites, sending electronic mail to the address you provide, or by other means permitted under applicable law. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing. Notices to Popular Bingo should be submitted via the contact information available on the Sites or as otherwise specified in the Privacy Policy.
25. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, except where local mandatory law requires otherwise. Subject to any mandatory legal requirements to the contrary, you agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Sites. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you and Popular Bingo agree to first attempt to resolve disputes by informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved this way, you may pursue formal legal remedies in the courts specified above. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction.
26. Class Action Waiver and Arbitration (Optional)
Where permitted by applicable law, Popular Bingo may include or rely on arbitration and/or a waiver of class actions in a separate agreement for certain services. If arbitration or class action waivers are included in any separate agreement or in future updates to these Terms, the terms of such provisions will be presented clearly and will control for the scope of that service.
27. Force Majeure
Popular Bingo will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms to the extent such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, strikes, lockouts, labour disputes, telecommunications or internet failures, software or hardware malfunctions, acts of third parties, or any other event beyond our reasonable control.
28. Assignment and Transfer
Popular Bingo may assign, novate or transfer any of its rights and obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, to any third party without your consent and without notice to you, provided that such assignment does not materially reduce the benefits you receive under these Terms. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without Popular Bingo’s prior written consent, and any attempted assignment without such consent will be void.
29. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any other provision. No failure or delay by Popular Bingo in exercising any right under these Terms will operate as a waiver of that right, nor will any single or partial exercise of a right preclude any other or further exercise of that right.
30. Copyright Infringement Claims and DMCA Procedures
If you believe that content on the Sites infringes your copyright, please follow the copyright complaint procedures detailed on the Sites’ legal or copyright notice pages. Your notice should include all information required by applicable law, including a clear identification of the copyrighted work and the location of the allegedly infringing material, a statement of good faith belief, and your contact information and signature. We will respond to valid notices and take action as required by law, which may include removing or disabling access to the offending material. If you believe content has been removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice in accordance with the procedures outlined on the Sites.
31. International Use and Export Controls
The Sites may be accessed worldwide, but Popular Bingo makes no representation that the Sites are appropriate or available in all locations, and access from territories where the Sites’ content is illegal is prohibited. You are responsible for complying with local laws regarding online content, gambling-related materials and age restrictions. You must not use the Sites in violation of export control laws and regulations of any relevant jurisdiction.
32. Translations and Language Versions
These Terms are made available in English. Any translated versions are provided for convenience only and, in the event of inconsistency between the English version and a translation, the English version shall prevail.

34. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Popular Bingo regarding your use of the Sites and supersede any prior agreements, understandings or arrangements between you and Popular Bingo concerning the subject matter hereof.
